Pros
Little Dot Studios is a wonderful environment were everyone is offered a chance to succeed through strong levels of trust and responsibility. The opportunities offered at Little Dot for staff at junior level way exceed other work places, and allows people a chance to grow and learn many things they otherwise wouldn't
Cons
Salary levels are not that high, but that's because Little Dot hires junior staff and gives them high levels of responsibilty

Pros
- Most colleagues are great and fun to work with, welcoming and open-minded - Hybrid working and flexible hours - Paid training opportunities - Perkbox discounts - Office drinks, breakfast, company's merch - Great company for a first job
Cons
- Low salaries that don't keep up with the cost of living - The job is repetitive and there is not much room for creativity - Very limited progression opportunities: promotions are only offered in January and it's a company policy to not promote within the first year - Very limited access to interesting jobs or projects that let you prove your value. If you are ambitious this will kill your eagerness - Cliquey, lad culture. There is a particular type of person that thrives in Little Dot - Senior management would rather ignore conflicts than address them - Minimum pension contributions
Advice to Management
Mental health seems to be an important subject for Little Dot Studios - if that's really true, please consider raising the salaries. It is hard to live on 20,000-30,000 anywhere in SE England, let alone have some sort of life project
