What is working from home like at Lodha?

Lodha Group is a very good place to work. One of the standout pros is the excellent work-life balance, especially with the option to work from home on Fridays. The atmosphere is collaborative and positive, making it an enjoyable and motivating place to be part of.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. There’s frequent change in policies and directions from the management, which can create uncertainty and confusion. Additionally, budgets and payments—particularly for vendors —were often delayed or problematic.

Good work life balance. Monday to Thursday work from office. Friday work from home.

Increment is poor and growth is slow. Promotion depends on the number of years you have been with the company and not your actual performance
