What kind of career opportunities exist at Lottovate?

Pros

- A lot of opportunity to learn - Great autonomy - Strongly connected to the other startups in the business so there's constant sharing of best practice - A lot of potential to grow for creative people and those with an entrepreneurial mindset - Good culture, all employees are trusted and people root for each other - A flat organizational structure where each individual's input is significant and valued - Development is encouraged - the leadership offers workshops and there's budget for external training and courses - Good perks

Cons

You have to be able to deal with uncertainty which can be tricky at times as people come and go and the overall mood can be affected as a result of it. Working here requires focus and a positive attitude, getting distracted by doubt or wider business politics are fatal in any business but especially here. If you are not willing to put the extra effort in, work autonomously and face the accountability, this not the place for you. Also, Lottovate is the best place for generalists whereas it's a less interesting place for specialists.

Advice to Management

Keep the focus and keep pushing to create the environment that will allow the startups to succeed, as we've been in a halfway zone for a while
