How is management perceived at Lowe's?

Pros

Not a whole lot other than hourly pay slightly above minimum.

Cons

Poor management (condenseding, lack of ability, lazy), part timers have been getting 0 hour work weeks (how can you consider this a job), no room for advancement due to nepotism and workplace favoritism, the full time associates dont do anything and want to put all on a full time doing 8-10 hours a week.

Advice to Management

Get your ship together. Dont strangle your employees.

Is Lowe's a good company to work for?

Pros

Family atmosphere, great pay, benefits, flexible, corporate support, hands off management if you are a producer. Sales and design combined, rewarding when projects are complete. Leads come to you!

Cons

After sale support from call center coordinators who know nothing about the projects. Clients expectations due to HGTV factor.

Advice to Management

Market and Regional support and communication are excellent. Keep it up. Dissolve the central production office and bring back field support.
