Does MADE.COM offer vision insurance?

Pros

- Great work life balance - Very high standard of engineering with a big focus on testing and automation - Greate culture, people are really nice and friendly - Yearly wage increase to keep up with the inflation - Flexible working hours, WFH - Holiday allowance starts at 25 days increasing by one day per year up to a total of 30 days - Friday time - twice a month for working on non-sprint work - Friday drinks at 5 pm

Cons

- Pay is slightly below market rate - Minimum pension contribution - Path to career progression is opaque

Pay people better. Draw plans for career growth

They have very nice main office in London. The environment is one of the friendliest I've worked for. I loved all-hands monthly meetings which gives you updates about the company. Great culture and benefits like full study support, private health care, season ticket loan, flexible working hours.

Cons

Poor management in accounts payable, work overload

How are the career development opportunities at MADE.COM?

Pros

Everyone in the business is keen to help you learn and support you where you need. Great team spirit from all departments and lots of opportunities to meet people from all over the business. Overall vibe of the office is very relxed but everyone is very hardworking and cares about their job.

Cons

The business has grown very quickly and therefore not all processes are very well developed or adhered to, but that is something that is being focused on as the company is well aware.
