Does Mace offer malpractice insurance?

Pros

Some insurance plans are ok.

Cons

This is a large employer that does not care about it's employees. The most unorganized, careless company all across the organization. There is not a single department that has it together and it is felt throughout the company. You can continually bring up your grievances but continually nothing will get done to fix them.

Advice to Management

Replacement management.

What is health insurance like at Mace?

Pros

Excellent benefits including private health insurance and option to buy additional holiday. Forward thinking with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Flexible working has now been introduced.

Cons

Work life balance is poor. 11 hour days are standard.

Progression non existent, pay is terrible and old school approach needs to change

Advice to Management

I have worked here for years and am still earning well below industry standard and significantly less than men in equivalent roles. The inclusion, diversity and behaviours talk is all for show, has no substance and is not followed through. I continue to be disappointed and let down and do not feel that my years of service mean anything.
