Does Maple Leaf Foods offer malpractice insurance?
Pros
Downtime in some week. Decent insurance benefits.
Cons
No work life balance. You’llwork every other weekend and all weekends of the month end even if a long weekend. No OT. no clause. Paid for 40 hours you work atleast 55. Hr not aware of the same. Old management hesitant to change. Underpaid. Overworked. Under appreciated. No matter how hard you work, you are only as good as yesterday. Toxic work culture. The most employee turnover I’ve seen at a place. Heritage plant maple leaf foods.
Advice to Management
I’d the work can’t be completed in work hours it’s a staffing issue. Hire more people and pay at current market standard and care for your team.
Decent insurance benefits.
