What is health insurance like at Marsh & McLennan Companies?

Pros

JLT India Mumbai is one of the best place to work. Management including the stakeholders are very supportive. Lot of learning opportunity as JLT supports many education programs like CII, CPCU, Acturials e.t.c. A unique organisation with perfect mix of work and life at work. Pays well and provides lots of other benefits such as free transport, Health Insurance for employees family and parents, Life insurance and accidental insurance benefit, food discounts e.t.c. A lot of in-house training and a chance to help society by way of Udaan India foundations all you require is here. In my current tenure of about 15 months I did not find any major issues and it's meaningless to discuss about small issues when lot of good things are enough to ignore such issues.

Cons

As the management now goes under MMC and Guy Carp things may change positively but for now it's a concern.

Advice to Management

Keep doing good work.

Does Marsh & McLennan Companies offer sponsored degrees?

Pros

Great benefits, family oriented, flexible managers, company contributes a great % to 401k, provides investment benefits, 5k annual tuition reimbursement for BA and 10k annual for masters, great performance pay scale. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company worked fast and diligent to ensure everyone had the ability to WFM. No lay offs and Dan kept all employees in the loop: even pledging to NOT lay off anyone. My supervisor and manager are always consistently ensuring that I advance in my career. I have been there for 3 years and have been consistently advancing by getting more involved in different work streams, in addition to gaining leadership experience. Overall, great company to work for if you're look for opportunities to grow.

Cons

Maybe increase tuition reimbursement to 6k vs 5k :)
