Does Marston's offer housing assistance?

Pros

Live out Allowance -£10k not included in salary Run the business how you would like.

Cons

Wages are controlled by HO and you cant flex Poor IT systems No free Meals Different depts in HO don't talk so you get stuff sent down that the AM doesn't even know about

Does Marston's have a pension plan?

Pros

Friendly teams within a company that care about their employees. Flexible shifts and work patterns with a good pension scheme. Good rates of pay and lots of room to advance within the company.

Cons

No cons thus far, a really nice company in my opinion.
