How are senior leaders perceived at Marston's?

Pros

Good pay and bonus. Do not expect superior results so less pressure

Cons

Some parts of senior management is a bit messy when it comes to rolling out new procedures, menus etc.

What are some insights into the strategy or vision at Marston's?

Pros

If you have great management working for marstons is fun. Progression opportunities are great including the courses (paid for by marstons).

Cons

Minimum wage also more of a sales focused and target driven company (eg. Upsell, add ons, pushing for more spend per head) than other chain pubs. A work- life balance can be difficult
