What are working conditions like at Marston's?

Pros

Working with shop floor guys

Cons

Bullying and blame culture from management, not family orientated and did not tolerate parents looking after sick children, mental health problems are not acceptable and literally the management said to draw a line under the issues? No training given or any form of job education. Health and safety is ignored in favour of production criteria, product quality is undermined so quantity can be met.

Advice to Management
