Appreciate the people who do the work behind the scenes, not just the recruiters. Especially with homecare, understand that it is not just about money but the patients that you take care of. Treat families with understanding and respect. Improve benefits overall. Pay your employees a livable wage. Offer advancement opportunities that do not require individuals to be recruiters (we all don't like to recruit).

There are no pros for this company

Horrible company to work for! They reported me to Licensing Bureau without investigating the situation

Respect the workers, we are the people bringing in the money!

Getting to work with a child on a one to one basis.

There will never be a raise and benefits are paltry at best. No medical, no paid time off, no matter how many hours you work a week. You can contribute to a retirement account, but there is no matching and you have to wait a year to even do that.

Give your employees a reason to stay.

Benefits including paid time off. Health insurance, dental insurance. Retirement plan,

They didn’t have coverage for when I had to take off because of Covid. That was hard on the patient.

Have per diem nurses available for covering shifts.
