Pros

Can pick the hours and days you want to work. Can take time off anytime.

Cons

No time and a half for holidays. No vacation or sick pay. Poor healthcare benefits. Train new care givers for patients for free...no extra pay.

Advice to Management

Yearly pay increase for good anual reviews, sick and vacation paid.

1:1 staff to client care. Flexible

Cons

Health insurance is to expensive. Provides 401k, with NO matching. 3 paid sick days / year No paid vacation/ PTO

Advice to Management

Provide better/ affordable benefits. Especially your loyal/ long term employees.
