No bonuses, overtime pay, or additional pay.

Great co-workers (BCBAs, and other professionals) that make this position tolerable. Flexible schedule, and limited supervision from administration.

Wage and compensation is not competitive- lack of mileage reimbursement, no offered benefits to therapists or other staff, no electronic data or communication system. Lack of leadership and turnover is resulting in unethical and ineffective practices.

Take time to prioritize the ABA side of this company. We are a small umbrella under the Maxim staffing brand. Keep up with what is going on with other companies- compensation, benefits, etc. You are losing lots of qualified staff because Maxim is not technologically advanced and is not measuring up to other ABA fields that will eventually take over.

Salary is above average and the flexibility in work schedule is good. The company does a good job of giving out bonuses for incentive's for staff.

Barely any room for growth, the departments do not communicate well. It's a learn as you go type of office, there's not a lot of training or professional development provided.

Spend more time structuring a development plan for employees and creating better opportunities for mobility.
