Does McDonald's offer massages?
Pros
Lots of synergy between many different teams Good outings, free coffee and drinks, flexibility of schedule. Great meeting software and rooms available that increased productivity of meetings. The oakbrook terrace campus was pretty cool especially the arts department branding the Uber eats team as well as McDonald's University. The training for OTP 3 was great.
Cons
Unclear vision of projects incomplete projects such as the rollout of biometric readers at registers also worked on the kiosks with the gold standard set in Europe. If you were a contractor you kind of got treated as a subordinate. 2017 there were many layoffs and I'm sure there are due to the pandemic. still trying to get my paperwork from the subcontractor true group.
Advice to Management
Create synergies on large projects that get evaluated and then shelved. In larger fortune 50 companies this is often a problem but very prevalent at McDonald's. Basically eliminate some of the unnecessary meetings to eliminate cost and improve efficiency to completion of execution.

Does McDonald's offer life insurance?
Pros
Flexible schedule, great insurance, company matched 401K
Cons
As a manager you could be scheduled to work a couple 6am shifts as well as overnights in the same week, often with only one day off between the switch. Almost never get 2 consecutive days off
Advice to Management
Focus on your people and their work/life balance. I worked for McDonald's for 25 years. It used to be fun. Upper management cared about what was best for their employees and in return employees cared about the customers. In recent years there has been a shift in focus and upoer management only cares about the money. Hourly rates are not competitive.
