Slow hiring process but selects good candidates

Great culture which avoids unconscious bias and judgements. It makes the recruitment process quite reasonable and smooth. Work-life balance is possible here and really love the leadership skills that may not be valued in many others.

It depends on the team. Sometimes lack of systematic training program and process management for some roles.

During batch hiring, managers hired from smaller companies are horrible.

The work culture at microsoft is really good for any intern. The benefits and exposure as well as learning is really good .

The selection process for PPO needs to be more organised.

Overly focused on AI. Salary less competitive than it once was. Extremely slow to promote. Overly involved hiring process that often still results in hires unsuited to role.
