What are some insights into the strategy or vision at Mindshare?

Pros

- Plenty of vendor and client events - Occasionally interesting client campaign proposals - Learning opportunities (provided you're placed on a good account)

Cons

- Ridiculous hours - Unless you're in management, your salary won't allow you to afford NYC rent - No central strategy from account leadership - A lot of badmouthing and backstabbing amongst team members - Nonexistent training and onboarding

Advice to Management

- Let teams interview candidates (& vice versa), Panel Interviews just create a blind marriage that doesn't work out - A lot of agency life is baptism by fire, but that's no excuse for not properly onboarding associate hires & getting them acclimated to their role (especially if their recent grads) - Train management & take stock in health/wellness initiatives, you'll see less burn out

No central strategy from account leadership
