How is management perceived at Morrisons?

Pros

Part of the so called big four supermarkets and been around for a long time, well know brand throughout the UK and deliver great fresh food including bakers-butchers and fish counters.

Cons

The processes are no longer done logically which is causing problems down the line and into the stores, most managers don't care much anymore with stock levels getting out of control, waste is also going up too but some managers just throw it away without recording it to make the figures look good!

Advice to Management

From the top there needs to be far more responsibility and accountability, also lead by example to those below you, some managers are not up to the job and either need re training or find a job elsewhere! there needs to be a culture change too
