Does Morrisons have a pension plan?

Pros

There are good benefits - pension scheme, 10% discount and good pay rates

Cons

The store I worked in (Warminster) has been going downhill for the past 18 months. The team atmosphere that prevailed in my previous 3 years there has now been completely destroyed and there is a management attitude of 'do as we tell you to and don't question our decisions' which has left staff morale very low. Understaffing and a lack of stock has created a run down store which is complained about on Facebook regularly and daily complaints from customers are the norm now. In fact I would estimate every third customer spends their time at the checkout telling you how very bad the store it leaving you tired and demoralised every shift.

Advice to Management

Employ enough staff to do the work and order the stock needed to fill the shelves... Listen to your staff and include them in the decision making process of the store to reclaim the good morale that used to be felt.

Does Morrisons offer parental leave?

More work than staff can handle Staff leave and never seem to get replaced

Advice to Management

Get day staff to fill during the day instead of letting shelves go empty. Hire more night staff to take the pressure off what little staff we have.
