How was the interview at NORR?

Pros

It's a job in architecture

Cons

Where to begin? Understaffed as a way of doing business. Expect an awful work/life balance. Salaried so no overtime even though it was mentioned during interview. Never have I experienced such a massive turnover rate (you can see with the constant job posts). It's hard enough with your own insane work load but add in picking up the slack. As soon as you get done sprinting to hit a deadline, there's another deadline set. Constantly posting jobs for a reason....

Advice to Management

Nothing really to share that they aren't aware of. With a constant flow of fresh people to occupy seats, the money keeps on rolling in for them.

Salaried so no overtime even though it was mentioned during interview.
