The company was amazing with great leadership!

Company downsize wasn't so great.

People are great and make it bearable

Managers are aggressive and and call people in front of everyone else, staff are over worked and only the favourites are looked after. Salaries low and staff turnover high cos of managers and bad wages, managers only care about people making them money. Horrible atmosphere and so many people that are favourites of the bosses get away with speaking to people like this and taking there bad mood out of staff. So many people looking to leave

Stop treating staff like this, listen to them, wages are why we come to work, that’s why you do too

* Can be high-pressure but as are most recruitment jobs * Dining/ Break facilities could be improved
