What is the salary like at Nacro?

Pros

The learners make the experience fun

Cons

The wages are really low for what management want you to do. They aren't very considerate to employees' feelings Employees are taken for granted.

Advice to Management

Listen to the people on the ground as we know what we're talking about.

What is it like working with clients or customers at Nacro?

Pros

Good holiday allowance but my god you need it !! good money when you reach the top of your pay structure/band. Good training, flexible hours ( after a fight)

Cons

workers are jack of all trades and master of none, continually spinning plates, then when one drops they all drop, No structure to managing the service users ( who run the projects) Management in my area very UNSUPPORTIVE, bullying culture, tick box excercising to satisfy funders. not well thought of with other agencies. Risk assessments out of date and ignored, no money to spend on the project.micro managed.

Advice to Management

Pay for a rental management team, your budget and HB income is substantial. start managing it professionally, you will recoup their wages within 6 months as they will manage rents and arrears. !!! think about it ..... if you won a years funding and rental income would you let 300 project coordinators up and down the country manage your winnings ?? Invest in your employees,
