Does National Australia Bank offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?
Pros
NAB really care about their employees. I was struggling with mental health issues from being in an emotionally and financially abusive relationship. As well as having access to a free counsellor through the Employee Assistance Program, my People Leader and Area Manager assisted me by engaging the services of an Occupational Therapist who developed a Recover at Work plan. My colleagues who work in the same branch as me have become like a second family to me.
Cons
I don't have any major ones. The worst that I've experienced is the inability to work more hours than my contractual hours.

Advice to Management
You can't hire good techies if you dont pay them. Especially when youre the ones struggling to meet the headcounts
