Does Nationwide Building Society have an on site gym?

Pros

Fast paced, lots of training on offer, passionate board of directors with good communication, great employee benefits, restaurant and gym onsite, team events held and plenty of networking opportunities through community groups.

Cons

Still too much process, dynamic working is improving, project costs and timescales can be long, parking onsite is an issue,

Advice to Management

Greater emphasis on ensuring projects do not overspend and deliver to their agreed go-live date and outcomes. There ought to be consequences for accountable management where this goes wrong.
