What is health insurance like at NeoSOFT Technologies?

Pros

As a new employee whose dream was to work in a corporate, this is such a great place to start. I have only done freelance projects before and this is such a comfortable life compared to freelance. We have good schemes like health insurance and leave system and a whole team to support you with your work. The relaxing areas are also really nice and I have made quite a few friends here which makes working even more better.

Cons

I need to get used to working within the office timings but that is not on the company.

Advice to Management

Would prefer it if there was a little more flexibility in work timings.

Does NeoSOFT Technologies offer parental leave?

Pros

Good Chance to learn a lot of technologies at your early start of the career. Friendly Environment. Good Exposure, direct interactions with clients. Will recommend to others, as there is an opportunity to learn a lot and in different stacks

Cons

Bond: 27 months bond for freshers, & for experienced the bond is of 18 months minimum. Need to sign the bond to get increment each year. No work/life balance. 9:30 hours working. (With multiple clients assigned it may go beyond 12:00hrs a day) No proper management of projects/clients. Devs are treated as if they are objects and place them anywhere the management wants. Only 18 Leaves a year, that too very hard to get approved from managers. Once you get your leaves approved, be ready to hear the taunts from managers. No maternity leaves. Project basis contracts are not taken seriously. Unrealistic deadlines, just to get the clients. No proper handover. No proper treatment for seniors, once you resign. No one will ask why you resigned or so.

Advice to Management

Change in the HR policies. Reduce the working hours

No maternity leaves.
