What is the feeling of job security at NetSuite?

Pros

Opportunity to work with multiple clients both home and abroad. Fairly decent starter salary for grads. Initial training provided.

Cons

1. Employment through a third party., therefore you are not directly employed by but third party. No real job security in the first two years of the three year grad programme. 2. Company benefits not really clear as employment is with recruitment agency. 3. IT industry volatility if you do not keep your technical skills up to date. High risk here as they expect you to push self development without any real sense of support, even while still engaged on projects. products are not really well known and main company's current cloud conglomerate are not as established in market as competitors. Company is starting to employ new graduates and training them in cloud products. They have only been in this business since 2014. Normally, this work is contracted to service companies. Company is now hoping to take back their products to implement them with in-house resources or via training grads. Market is still new and potential level of success is risky.

Advice to Management

Encourage your grads with employing them directly and offering a better benefits package.

No real job security in the first two years of the three year grad programme.
