Does there seem to be diversity at OSTC?
Pros
- Good diversity and inclusion - okay salary
Cons
- No transparency - no top down communication - enforced set office working days (even for IT) - negligible budget for projects - long hours are needed as most departments are understaffed - no programs around employee benefits - very little staff recognition
Advice to Management
You need to focus on and improve the employee culture. - make the offices a better and exciting working environment - introduce employee benefits, snacks, events etc - communicate face-to-face, harsh nameless emails are not effective - give your staff the choice to work remotely full-time if that suits them - do more in offering bonuses and pay rises for hard working staff (there are lots) - show clear progression and development
