Does OVO Energy offer a monthly bonus?
- The best people's culture I've had in any company. - 4% monthly bonus after probation is very nice. - Great life/work balance. - Everyone is helpful and genuinely nice. - Tech for greener improvements - Great if you don't have much experience in software development, or you want a regular job with nice people and good vibe.
- Poor ownership of codebases and platforms - Poor code quality in certain teams - Lack of Senior/Tech Lead reviewing work injected in the codebase - Tech talents leave the company. - Low Salary / No Promotion / No Salary review. - There are no challenges if you are an ambitious engineer, and no salary recognition. - Company Bonus has not been paid in 2 years.
In order to be competitive on the market you have to retain the best talents, and pay them accordingly. CEO pushes project without any evidence of adding value.
4% monthly bonus after probation is very nice.

What are other benefits and incentives like at OVO Energy?
The tech stack and equipment are both good.
The company pretends to be tech agnostic but in reality management dictate this. The pay, benefits and bonus are all awful. HR is the least transparent out of any company I have ever worked for. Will always protect the company over the employee. Not a diverse company at all.

Does OVO Energy offer bonus pay?
Really nice staff in the Friska. Water is always chilled. Not much more to it.
-Worst company I ever worked for. - Who you know, not what you know enviroment. -False promises. -Seedy big bosses always preying on young ladies - Incompetent staff - Try to brain wash you - A popularity contest - Utter disregard for Mental Health. - poor bonus pay outs - Free fruit gets nabbed by the early birds - people disrespect the cleaners . - electric shocks everywhere due to the fake grass - 1
Treat your employees like HUMANS instead of cattle. 1 star is hugely generous for you lot.
