What are some insights into the strategy or vision at PNC Financial Services Group?

Pros

Company mission statement is wonderful and the company follows its inclusive, and diverse culture. A lot of benefits workingbjere including pension! Great district and regional management.

Cons

Toxic branch managers are VERY common. As an Branch managers seem to have a chip on their shoulder and like to gossip and talk bad about their employees vs mentoring the team. Also short staffed constantly with almost a 100% turnover rate because there was no diversity or very little.

Advice to Management

management. Your employees as humans and not machines. Empatjy for them covering short staffed branches and compensating them particularly for long periods would be great. Also, don't randomly leave and work from home when we are missing half of the staff. Don't be upset if an employee is late by 5 minutes if you stroll in an hour or two hours late everyday Market and regional...I saw many GREAT employees leave because of the branch managers. Back up your employees and keep managers from retaliating when they do tell you.
