Cons

Need to do a better job of keeping middle-management stakeholders informed about the company's direction of travel. We can all work letter with the lights on! Although the working arrangements are flexible, the workload is not - it is always full-on.

How are the career development opportunities at PRMA Consulting?

Pros

Flexible working Fantastic bonus scheme based on individual and business KPIs Ability to work from home country for 6 weeks of the year (my family live in Australia so this is a great perk to be able to work from there). Friendly staff Staff away days abroad Rapid opportunities to be promoted Good career growth

Cons

Limited shops near the Fleet office.

Advice to Management

Maintain current culture and values as we expand and it will continue to be a great place to work.

Is PRMA Consulting a good company to work for?

Pros

PRMA are experts at what they do, and have created an engaging and supportive environment in which to work. The partners are always open to new ideas and recognize the needs of flexible working. Overall a friendly and pleasant place to work!
