Pros

1 ) You will be trained to work at any hours of the day as is 24*7 job profile. So it good at initial level as this is the biggest problem for lot of employees when there working hours extended. 2) The overall environment of PMC is really great. But if you want to do experiments or R&D you are specifically in the monitoring team you can not do R&D as the work is documented and you need to abide by the SLA's agreed . 3) It is good to understand the corporate culture if it is your first company and PMC will help you on that. 4) some managers are good and you can are easily reachable for any issues you face.
