What is the company culture like at Perfect Image?

Pros

Most staff are very helpful. There is a friendly culture there which is 'sold' as free-thinking and encouraging.

Cons

Dealing with issues requires acknowledgement and not denial of them. There is deep dysfunction within managed services which to an outsider becomes apparent very quickly. There is no will to fix this and it is at odds with the message that comes from the top. In the hard commercial world your lights can be turned out in seconds. Reliance on a single client creates mundane and repetitive work. You will be promised assistance but if mismanagement and incompetence is exposed it will be turned back against you, not fitting in with the culture.

Advice to Management

The time to resolve the rapid turnover of talented staff is now. Suddenly the company will be bereft of skilled personnel. The ability to adapt in an elastic and responsive way is key. There is great inconsistency. A top down review is advised as there are also very many positive and excellent side to the business. They do invest in people but seem to feel threatened when failings are pointed out and do not take responsibility for them

There is a friendly culture there which is 'sold' as free-thinking and encouraging.
