What is the hiring process like at Perlego?

Pros

Doing everything right on company culture and hiring. No false/forced culture, very few hiring mistakes and an honest, candid approach to any issues. An open chamber for all to contribute and a deep-rooted culture of collaboration. An exciting company to work for, led by a young but smart, patient and capable group of dedicated leaders who genuinely care for their teams and each others'. The company is an exemplar of how to run a startup and a really great place to work every day. Office space and resident dog are an additional plus!

Cons

Heating didn't work for a bit in the new office. That's about the worst thing I can say.

Advice to Management

Make sure to keep your early leaders. With shorter previous careers outside of Perlego they may think the grass is greener. From my experience, it's really not.

No false/forced culture, very few hiring mistakes and an honest, candid approach to any issues.
