What are other benefits and incentives like at Proudfoot?

Pros

The brand name as Pioneer of Operational Consulting, although the DNA both on Sales and Delivery has been eroded and killed by leadership team.

Cons

Offering delivery - despite all the publicity and marketing around transformational offering, which is the right one, they are far from executing it. A good example is the fact the company has been unable to transform and reinvent itself, been decaying for the last decades and accelerated those losses for the last 6 years. How can they offer results when themselves have been unable to deliver and have burned investors cash and bankrupted for the 3rd time in the last decade? Company culture - crap culture, no inspiring leadership left, no team spirit. The ship is sinking and everyone that can find a way out is leaving. On delivery no more than 10-15 people left that can spell Proudfoot delivery, the rest are "on the spot" contractors, most of poor quality and who have to bring their own methodologies to try and deliver the results promised to the clients as no IP left, no codification existing. Financials - a case study. The last 6 years, company displays as result a track record of burning through 60M+ GBP i. A refund of 10M GBP done in 2018 was burned through at the speed of light, with over 5M lost by end of 2019 and another 1.5M by Q1 2020 before Covid hit. With such performance, how can their selling proposition be turning profitability at client companies when unable to do it for themselves? CEO - Financial results talks for itself. Unable to develop business, unable to develop her people, unable to connect with the reality of what is happening in the organization. Extremely poor leadership and people skills, focused on protecting her compensation package.

Advice to Management

To Current Shareholders - If the asset is considered lost then close the shop, and if not with such results what have you been waiting for to change the CEO and Management Team where needed? To Potential Investors- If you have money in excess and want to burn it go ahead! To Talent - stay away. You won't be developed and you won't learn much. To Clients - run away. You will be sold a dream and you will get a nightmare. To CEO - leave!

Does Proudfoot offer bonus pay?

Pros

Proudfoot has significantly revised and restructured our consulting approach, organization structure and our go to market model. We have moved to an Employee partnership model, our Executive leadership and Senior leaders have invested in the Organization. Proudfoot as a group, invested in the orginisation during Covid, all employees agreed to a pay cut, and suspension in bonuses so that we could – working together to retain our people. A very few employees who were unprepared to work together and were unwilling to take the pay cut left the organization. Some of our former collogues are spreading hate and vitriol online against individuals in our company, this is unfortunate and not a mature response. We understand that it was their decision not to take a pay cut and decided to leave - we wish them every success in their future endeavors and would suggest that they stop the hate - it is an immature response and serve no positive purpose and only diminishes our respect for them as individuals. We are a 75 year old brand, with passionate people committed to building the future of consulting. We positively engage with our people our clients and community, to create win - win scenarios, engaging with leaders at all levels to achieve outstanding sustainable outcomes. Unfortunately a very few disgruntled and immature individuals spread hate about and vitriol on line about our company and our CEO. We believe that spreading hate on line should be stopped and attacking individuals on line is disgusting! Online hate is extension of violence, and we must all call out those who promote hate.

Advice to Management

Proudfoot is a great brand with a great history currently dilivering outstanding results for clients. Ignore the very few disgruntled former employees who are spreading on line hate, stay focused on the good work and rebuilding the organization with the strong team of willing collogues working in concert to deliver great outcomes for clients.
