The welfare package is good, salaries are paid as when due. Yearly 13th month, medical, bonus and salary increment.
Cons
Disengagement was sudden. Thougjh lieu of notice was paid. However, suddenness of Disengagement created psychological trauma for some personnel
Advice to Management
More and early engagement with staff when disengagement is imminent

How often do employees say they are paid at Puma Energy?
Pros
• Every day is different regardless of the Repetitive work • You get to meet a vast variety of customers and most become regulars • If you get a good team to work with your job is enjoyable and team orientated • Fast paced and always busy • You learn something new daily about the industry • You have opportunity to work up the ladder
Cons
• Long work hours and working during holidays • Deal with some customers who treat you poorly • Some staff do absolutely nothing and make everyone else's job that little bit harder • Pay rates could always be higher • Too many to mention
Advice to Management
Not so much to management more to head office. Large corporate businesses should take more interest in their staff, not the ones sitting in the offices but the ones running the sites every day, the ones serving the customers and making your business flourish and profit because without these hard working dedicated people you would have nothing. Taking the time to get to know us can really make a hugh difference not just to staff morale but to your hip pocket too. A happy worker is a productive worker.
