Pros

New strategy and direction, clearer business direction and willingness to focus on people internally. The new leadership reflects real diversity versus previous one. Objectives are ambitious yet realistic and company seems to be embarking in real and positive transformation

Cons

The challenges ahead remain high and lots is still to be done to embark all organization into a successful path

Advice to Management

Keep on communicating more and more, engage with employees and develop solid, modern, competitive and consistent offering to your employees (Culture, Flexibility, Rewards...)

The new leadership reflects real diversity versus previous one.
