Is Pure Resourcing Solutions a good company to work for?

Pros

Unlike any other agency I have experienced. They genuinely have what's best for the candidate and client at heart. Very supportive culture, no new idea is ignored and they are always explored. Some of the best senior consultants/managers/directors that I've had the pleasure of working with. There all so invested in the local economic region running seminars and giving back at every opportunity. Team commission brings everyone further on board - the better we do as a team the more earning potential for all.

Cons

Difficult one to say really - we have everything that a modern agency does. A bigger breakout area would be nice to get away for some breathing space and have informal chats.

Advice to Management

Continue what you are doing, it's been ever so successful over the years. Continue to develop your consultants to be future leaders.

They genuinely have what's best for the candidate and client at heart.
