As a junior developer at Purr, I learned a huge amount in the short time I was there, and was well supported by senior devs and management.

Pros

Management trust staff to work remotely, presenteeism is rejected. Allows full flexibility for work to fir around life, not the other way around. Offers a lot of responsibility to the individual if they want to take it. Company culture doesn't pit colleagues against one another in terms of trying to earn progress.

Cons

Lower than market average remuneration. Training programmes lack structure

Advice to Management

Delegate more responsibilities out so that not everything falls onto their shoulders.
