Pros

- Great culture, a lot of transparency and team autonomy. - Appealing technology - Moving to cloud managed service and on prem private cloud, expore to many cloud native technologies and patterns - Growing international company with opportunities to travel and work abroad - Company respects work/life balance - Very smart and engaged work force - Benefits slightly better than industry average. RRSP match. - Large focus on Corporate responsibility - Well connected to transit

Advice to Management

The company has put a lot of efforts behind sustained growth, engagement and retention of employees and it shows. You're on the right path keep it up.
