What is the retirement plan like at Radiant Vision Systems?

Pros

- Stocked kitchen - Company events - 401k match - Free parking

Cons

- Toxic or incompetent co-workers. Saw co-workers who got away with incredibly inappropriate workplace behavior, like shouting, either indiscriminately or at other employees. Management seemed indifferent about resolving the situation. - Ancient tech stack (VB .NET), building on code and applications from over a decade ago. - Badly formed code-base. No code reviews, unit tests, 'best practices' or even the use a linter. Spaghetti code. - Laughable compensation. - Sales first mentality. - Company culture that seemed to push for long hours (9+)

Advice to Management

Don't spend all your focus innovating on new products- the work place environment shouldn't be allowed to stagnate either.

I've been on board for 9 months and I love my team and coworkers, find the work I'm doing fulfilling with opportunities to help shape the nature of projects.
