Outdated technologies, and it's hard to integrate new technologies to the existing products since they're very old and complicated and there's a lot of legacy code. You should take that into account that you'd be considerably behind the times once you return to the market. Very hard to get a raise. No bonuses. As a woman, men got higher pay doing the same job. As an associate, I had the same pay as a colleague of mine who worked there for10 years. You only get stock after a few years of work. Not a lot of quality company events or bonus perks.

You don't have a say in what team you will be placed on. You could be working on a mostly front end team or you could be QA.

The mentorship is good provide but you would not get a lot work to do

work life balance, great mentorship, lots of exposure to different teams if you choose to

a little bit slow at times
