Nothing I can think of

- Own Campus + Facilities - Great food - Work life balance in most teams - Internal transfer opportunities

- outdated tech in most teams - sub-industry-standard compensation - extremely slow growth - not recommended to freshers - extremely variable hike across teams even when joined at the same level as an early talent. Purely luck based.

Stop inflating the CTC with useless components and getting into dream category in top colleges. Students get barred from sitting in their preferred company if they get locked in a dream category. #tellitlikeitis Compensate according to the market standard for product-based companies. Service based companies offer a better package.

1. Complex business processes 2. Too slow approval when working with multiple LoB 3. SAP claims customer first, but still team KPI first and SAP first from my observation.

We announced new board area "Customer Success". But still former GCO and former DBS is still very different and not making noticeable synergies for our customers.

Growth.. internal transfer .. lot of learning
