Pros

* Solid social benefits package: pension and life insurance, Sodexo, multisport card , options to own SAP shares. * Very good office with office gym, showers on every floor, free coffee and beverages. * Very diverse company, you are surrounded by people from all over the globe; * Company is taking very seriously topics of work ethics, diversity and inclusion, gender and age equality, supports a lot of important causes; * Non-stop learning; * Great people!

Cons

* No visa support: if you are a foreigner with no access to Czech labor market, there is a little chance that SAP would engage in making an Employee visa for you. It definitely depends on the area of your employment, but I know little to no examples of that happening. In any case, be prepared to deal with your papers on your own. * Salary strongly depends on what you get originally when hired. Getting a lower salary on entry (ex when hired for an entry level position) holds your salary back for a long time.

Pros

SAP Reputation, great benefits, earning potential is almost unrivaled in the software world, flexibility, leadership opportunities, best of breed portfolio, amazing account team structure, excellent events & focus on customer experience

Cons

Lack of diversity in leadership, can be a very high-stress environment

Advice to Management

Diversify - Less "good old boys club", more fresh perspectives! Create better territory to quota alignment. Don't just invest in and focus on "early talent" or "new talent" look to help your current experienced (millennial) reps too!

Lack of diversity in leadership, can be a very high-stress environment
