Trainings are free. The cons outsurpass the pros !
The SAP SDC is a subsidiary of SAP India....and it is the worst company to work for by far ! highly unprofessional management and HR...most of the managers shout most of the time like they are in a fish market, no respect for employees, high pressure,no work life balance, irregular work timings, heavy politics, cheap language and behavior, if you want a promotion then sleep with your manager and many more ! I have seen people start to drink and smoke due to heavy mental and physical pressure .
I know very well that advice will not be taken. So not posting anything. This review may even be deleted like it was when I posted it last time.

It is hard to find pros today for SAP. The company today is a Frankstein. Unfortunately the company lost it's Identity.
Poor management, poor HR, unequal opportunities, lack of human relations and other.
Threat employees equally, sales people band F&A are equally important. Recognize old collaborators as they deserve, not like junk.

being acquired by SAP its the best place to work.
The bogus company just eating SAPs money , where engineers busy in just enjoying sap benefits , after moving to new location WFH increased to 3days a week, office hours shuts by 3pm. where managers are busy in showing some cooked up info to leaders, in-fact there is no strong managers , all of them should be given training, or should be fired and replaced with new tech stack leaders. where our management is busy in taking the credit of SAP work culture, in social media and other online media channels and there is bhajan batch to do this. for the junk recruited , all the credit goes to our recruitment team and interview panels.
clean one hand will clean the other hand too , so you better start cleaning your self because you are pathetic .........

Solid management, forward thinking strategically, most talented people I have ever worked with, virtual work options, great benefits, opportunities to move within company and much more!
Can be a bit political at the upper levels, not much else for this section.
