HR process could be faster

Job security, development opportunities, compatibility of family and career, remote work, very good additional benefits (e.g. free lunch, pension scheme, company car, soft skill seminars, sports opportunities) even in SAP locations outside the headquarter

Flexibility owed to size of the company - like in most big companies

The employees in the locations should be provided with an annual travel budget. So they could decide for themselves when it is necessary to visit the headquarters in order to get to know colleagues personally they work with during the year. Due to staffing changes from my point of view this would be very beneficial!

Can't think of much. It's a very big organization and you are may be stuck in a silo limiting your chances on working on different technologies.
