How are senior leaders perceived at SAP?

Pros

There are so many opportunities at SAP. You are encouraged to work outside of your comfort zone and have the full support of your manager and your peers to succeed. The collaborative culture where everyone works together to achieve goals. I can see a significant shift in leadership culture and a push from the new leaders in the organisation to "build bridges not silos" and make success something for everyone.

Cons

Need to address the true meaning of customer success

Advice to Management

Honor our values, live the strategy, support development and create a culture where we can all share in success.

Does there seem to be diversity at SAP?

Pros

* Solid social benefits package: pension and life insurance, Sodexo, multisport card , options to own SAP shares. * Very good office with office gym, showers on every floor, free coffee and beverages. * Very diverse company, you are surrounded by people from all over the globe; * Company is taking very seriously topics of work ethics, diversity and inclusion, gender and age equality, supports a lot of important causes; * Non-stop learning; * Great people!

Cons

* No visa support: if you are a foreigner with no access to Czech labor market, there is a little chance that SAP would engage in making an Employee visa for you. It definitely depends on the area of your employment, but I know little to no examples of that happening. In any case, be prepared to deal with your papers on your own. * Salary strongly depends on what you get originally when hired. Getting a lower salary on entry (ex when hired for an entry level position) holds your salary back for a long time.

How is management perceived at SAP?

Pros

Trainings are free. The cons outsurpass the pros !

Cons

The SAP SDC is a subsidiary of SAP India....and it is the worst company to work for by far ! highly unprofessional management and HR...most of the managers shout most of the time like they are in a fish market, no respect for employees, high pressure,no work life balance, irregular work timings, heavy politics, cheap language and behavior, if you want a promotion then sleep with your manager and many more ! I have seen people start to drink and smoke due to heavy mental and physical pressure .

Advice to Management

I know very well that advice will not be taken. So not posting anything. This review may even be deleted like it was when I posted it last time.

Is SAP a good company to work for?

Pros

I have worked at many companies (I'm not a millennial) and this company is the best for several reasons. Great Benefits (their 401k match is the best I've seen), great workforce, always moving forward instead of status quo, helps you to find roles that suit your talents, very diverse culture, they truly get it that their employees are their best and greatest asset.

Cons

can't think of any... at least not for me
