Great Flexibility for Balancing Life. Good Vacations Benefits and Sick Days. Good Folks to work with and for.

Cons

Pay is generally well below the Industry Standard and they are aware. Health Benefits and 401K Match is not Ideal, at best middle of the road. they could definitely do much better with a little effort. However, it's also better than nothing at all. No Raises for Managers and below in the U.S for several years.

Advice to Management

You provide a good environment for Employee Flexibility but you know your Pay Scale is well below the average, especially with holding back raises for the last 3 years in the US. You will lose vital Intellectual Capital as a result, that's a much greater loss than stepping up an paying the staff appropriately.

Health Benefits and 401K Match is not Ideal, at best middle of the road.
