I was nervous when I first joined because there are so many scams out there. I was also uneasy because I started as a part time seasonal worker. I can tell you if you are actually willing to learn your program and want to work hard and succeed you can and you will here! I was hired on permanent Full Time and have benefits in less than 3 months time. There are opportunities to grow not only in the programs we work for , but also within Sykes. Your paid for training and most of the equipment you use for the majority of the programs is sent to you.

Starting pay is $10 per hour or your states Min wage whichever is higher of the two. I think it could be a little higher given the job tasks, or that a auto raise is put in for those who surpass ramp downs and stay on with the programs.

Pay more competitively in comparison to other companies out there. Give raises to those who make it past ramp downs. Offer raises for promotions more.
