Regular breaks - 8 hour shift split between 1x hour lunch, 2x 15 mins breaks before and after lunch Work every other weekend and alternates the days i.e. work Saturday then 2 weeks after work Sunday and repeat

Cons

Typical call centre work - expected to take a high volume of calls with little wrap up time, this can be mentally draining Not a lot of opportunity to progress Hot desking Managers only focus on the negatives Hard to get certain days off

Work life balance is very good at ops. Everyone leaves the office around 5-6pm.

Managers tend to stick with the company forever. Not much opportunity to grow
