How are the career development opportunities at Screwfix?
Pros
Great atmosphere within stores. Never a dull moment. Good opportunity to progress and meet new people.
Cons
Salary for low level management is quite poor compared to competitors. Bonus doesnt filter all the way down therefore lack of motivation to meet certain KPI's.
Advice to Management
Improve salaries aswell as making bonuses available for all management.

Pros
My branch has an awesome team, really friendly and helpful. Training spot on if you wish to climb the ladder and advance.
Cons
Can't really think of any, some days can be stressful with deliveries and customers but that's retail for ya.
